In-Company Learning
Developing the skills of a in-company procurement team is key in transformation’s journey to excellence.
Some organisations already know “what is needed” and we can provide in-company learning to meet those identified needs.
However the range of programmes can be tailored to meet specific needs and where a specialist subject is required we have worked with groups as small as three people.
The Learning needs are identified by the client or through a skills assessment tool such as Redcap’s competence assessment analysis. The training needs are addressed for each organisation to fill identified gaps in previous learning. The aim is to increase the talent of individual team members and thereby enhance their contribution to procurement excellence.
We offer a full range of procurement and interpersonal skills programmes presented by an experienced team of practitioners. Programmes are designed and presented to address multiple learning styles of delegates but key to our approach is the interactivity of the learning by the use of business scenarios, case studies, role-play and presentation to compliment the learning message.
The following subjects have been provided in-house for clients or as collaborative projects
across several organisations. New programmes are regularly designed to meet specific client needs and if you do not find your exact programme requirements, contact us as it may already be in design for another procurement team.
We find that for optimum learning we work with the client to agree the number of delegates and have found that each programme varies depending upon the degree of interaction required and will normally range from 6 to 16 participants.
Learning subject areas include:
- Procurement Skills
- Category Management
- Contract Management
- Legal Aspects and EU Procurement
- Negotiation Skills
- NLP and Communication
